Servicio regular, no hicieron aseo a la habitación, cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es un plus, pero la ventana de la habitación da a la calle y se escucha todo el ruido de los vecinos, hubiera preferido que me dieran habitación de las que dan hacia el interior del hotel

La habitación está bien, las camas cómodas, el clima funciona bien igual el frigobar, pero casi no sale agua de la regadera y cuando llegamos el baño olía muy feo. Está en reconstrucción pero si le falta mucho. Por el precio en Monterrey estaríamos en un Holiday Inn Express. También tienen muy mal ubicada la televisión, justo en la salida del cuarto, varias veces me pegue en la cabeza.

El personal es muy amable, sin embargo mi experiencia fue muy mala, le falta mantenimiento al hotel, no tuvimos agua caliente un día, la regadera estaba muy vieja y salían solo 3 chorritos de agua, aunque el personal fue a arreglarla el problema continuó, no ponen shampoo, y nos dejaron muy poco jabón de manos.
