Pesimo servicio podria enumerar nuchos puntos por los cuales no vale la pena pagar 2mil pesos por noche. 1.- los cuarto nisiquiera tienen cortinas blackout y todos tienen ventanal al centro. 2.- los cuartos no tienen ni amenidades no t dan no champu, crema jabon, ni botella de agua, inclusive ni cafetera y no oagas cualquiero cosa por el cuarto. 3.- el servicio de cable es solo por internet y tienen una pesima red q si los cuartos a tu alrededor estan ocupados, no pudiste ver ni in solo programa. 4.- no tiene mas 5 cajones de estscionamimnto. 5.- en lo particular estube dos dias y ninguno salio agua caliente, cuandon fui un fin de semana con lluvia y fresco.

Hace dos años me hospedé y es totalmente diferente, ahora las habitaciones sucias, llegamos a una habitación y las sábanas con manchas rojas, el piso lleno de pelos, el baño sucio, nos cambiaron de habitación a algo nada mejor. Ya no tienen servicio de restaurante, tienes que salir a conseguir tus alimentos, música muy fuerte, la tv no funciona. No vuelvo a hospedarme aquí.

La peor experiencia en hospedaje, el servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear, nunca me entregaron el número de toallas que requería por más que las solicité en la recepción, tienen una alberca y bar que se encuentran abiertos hasta muy tarde, lo que ocasiona mucho ruido y luz, por lo tanto no pudimos descansar; de igual manera solicité que apagaran las luces de la alberca de acuerdo a su reglamento, nunca me hicieron caso, adicionalmente no pude alquilar la habitación por un día, me condicionaron a que al menos fueran dos noches, por tal motivo tuvimos dos noches pésimas. No lo recomiendo, el precio es excesivo para lo que ofrecen.

Pasamos la peor noche, te hacen firmar un reglamento y no lo respetan, el bar estuvo abierto hasta las 2-3 am con gente escandalosa y las habitaciones están tan pegadas a la alberca que de plano no se puede dormir a pesar de que según cierra el bar a las 11 am. Entra muchísima luz toda la noche por las ventanas. Las habitaciones pequeñas, se escuchan las pláticas de las demás habitaciones y cuando van al sanitario también, sólo dan un jaboncito para 4 personas, pedimos más toallas y nunca las llevaron. El precio es demasiado alto por el pésimo servicio.
