En general fue una buena estancia, hotel limpio, buen servicio, amables, sin embargo no sé si había algo en la cama, en el cuarto o qué pasó pero amanecí con muchísimas ronchas en todo el cuerpo, no sé si fue algo que me picó o de plano que las sábanas me causaron alergia

Me encantó, el hotel es super cómodo, y tuvimos un contratiempo con nuentro coche y todos en el hotel fueron muy atentos. La comida tambien está muy bien. Recomendable ampliamente.

Le falta mucho para lo que cuesta
El hotel está muy bien los cuartos son muy cómodos. Pero por el precio esperaba un servicio más premium. El restaurante es muy lento y la comida llega fria las albercas son frías sin caldera y la de adultos estaba llena de basura

falta mucha atención e información al huesped
La recepción, las chicas cero te informan, sobre los servicios del hotel, donde esta el restaurante, el estacionamiento etc les tienes que estar preguntando, en el restaurante, la comida regular pides una copa de vino y te la llevan servida sin saber si es lo que estas pidiendo, las chicas en el restaurante con cara de enojadas aunque no estuvieran, pero pienso les falta mucha capacitacion en general a todas, fuimos a la noche de pandora y tenian bastante falta de coordinacion comenzo muy tarde. una buena capacitacion en atencion les vendria super bien porque tiene mucho potencial el hotel.
