Attended the Tom Hess live guitar training event. The hotel was wonderful. Convenient, professional and friendly staff, plenty of local stores and restaurants nearby. The room was very nice, spacious and kept clean. All of my requests were accommodated. Can’t wait for next year.

This restaurant has become my favorite hiding spot as of late. Always friendly staff and a food has been terrific from Chef Benitez. I definitely recommend a nachos, some of the best. PS, there’s always a game on the tube. I think you’ll equally enjoy it

We were staying 4 nights because of attending an event at the hotel. The first obvious disappointment was the view from our room window, or serious lack of view - a wall!! The room itself was fine, the bathroom in particular was nicely updated, the rest of the room mostly. We eventually found the TV remote on the floor in the corner of the room? What does this say about the level of cleaning, we did find someones shoes under the bed!?? And we had no hairdryer. After talking with other friends staying here, they were also missing things from their rooms that should have been there. Hotel in general had maintenance issues, broken doors internal and external, doors in general bad shape, broken thresholds, stained carpet etc Even signs on the external doors warning that the fire protection system wasn't working! We only had breakfast once in the hotel and it was not good for the money, lack of choice and the hot food wasn't great at all. The breakfast we did go to was a special meeting connected to the event being held, but despite the hotel being told about it in advance more then once, the staff at breakfast knew nothing and were completely unprepared. I used the gym and unfortunately the treadmills were nasty dirty and the screens didn't work, the pool seemed OK, but again shabby and tired surrounding it. And lastly, the hotel has no receptacles for recycling which I find sad in these times of caring more for the environment, I even asked at the front desk.

This hotel has an amazing and attentive staff. Every encounter was pleasant! The room was clean and the vibe of the place was great. Restaurant on-site is fantastic and not too pricey. There is nothing bad to say. 10/10!! Special shout to Natasza, she is really sweet and professional. I really can't wait to come back.
