We couldn't go and the hotel didn't even call to ask what time we would arrive or if we had any problems.

Anuncio engañoso. De hotel sólo tiene el horario de comedor (y la encargada de comedor, Inés, y su comida es lo único que salva la estancia). El agua de la ducha tarda más de cinco minutos en salir caliente; en el anuncio dice que la habitación tiene vistas a lugar de interés, éramos tres huéspedes en total (en todo el “hotel”) y nos dieron una habitación con vistas a un patio interior, nos quejamos (recibimos respuestas después de salir del alojamiento, dos días después de la queja, diciéndonos que al ser planta baja poco se ve); compartes piscina con una docena de avispas y te dicen “es lo que tiene el campo” y no, es el único sitio donde ha pasado eso; en el anuncio te ponen que hay que aparcar fuera y algunos huéspedes sí que les dejaron aparcar dentro del alojamiento. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous recommandons le service demi pension qui convenait parfaitement à nos besoins pour pouvoir balader en journée et manger matin et soir. La restauration était très bonne et de grande qualité nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana muy bonito, hemos desconectado y disfrutado. Las instalaciones son preciosas, las habitaciones están bien, lo esperado en un hotel rural. La comida está muy rica, tanto desayuno como cena. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos. Llevamos a nuestro perrito y lo trataron genial, él se lo pasó pipa. Todo son facilidades con ellos. El lugar es apacible en plena naturaleza. Repetiría sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo para pasar unos días de relax, un finde romántico, para hacer senderos, pasear... En definitiva, nos ha encantado.😊

Loved this place. Friendly, comfortable and reasonable price. Great location for walking. The hotel is simple but has everything you would want (except a bar but a short walk across the road). The restaurant was a gem with simple rustic food, well cooked and informally served.

Me parece asombroso que cobren dinero por la habitación que nos dieron. Nos costó encontrar la puerta de entrada a la habitación porque medía un metro cincuenta y parecía la entrada a un trastero. A partir de ahí va todo a peor, la buhardilla es exagerada, si estornudas en la cama te partes la cabeza contra el techo, de hecho las camas no están pegadas a la pared del fondo porque entonces no entraría ni la almohada. El baño esta limpio pero olía a orín viejo. El agua caliente debe ser para otras habitaciones, porque en esta salía el agua tibia siendo generosos, y para entrar en el baño había que agachar la cabeza y luego subir un escalón de casi 30 centímetros. La mini puerta de acceso ni siquiera encajaba en el hueco, y además del estado deplorable se oía todo lo que sucede en el salón común. Las ventanas tampoco cierran bien y se las oye moverse con el viento. Esa habitación no debería ofrecerse a nadie.

Absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable, friendly, great food, lovely outside seating places, beautiful garden. Staff were so helpful and kind we felt like we made new friends. Perfect location for hiking the spectacular scenery, for us it was a little piece of paradise during a long Scottish winter. Huge thanks to everyone there

The hotel itself is great to unwind, clean, cozy. As a courtesy you have a lounge with a corner to have a free coffee or infusion. The restaurant's gentlemen are charming, the food quite good. We will repeat. Couple from Máspalomas.
