Excelente lugar, buena atención x el personal, servicio. Al 100 habitaciones cómodas y frescas limpias. Wifi Agua caliente, Desayuno excelente Alberca limpia.

Es un hotel ubicado en Crucecitas a tres cuadras de la plaza principal del lugar. Cerca de mercados, restaurantes y a 2 km de Bahías de Santa Cruz. Es un hotel pequeño pero que cumple con el objetivo de descansar. El hotel siempre está limpio, agua caliente y con amenidades suficientes. Toallas limpias y sábanas también muy limpias. Cuentan con aire acondicionado en buenas condiciones y TV. Un alberca abierta hasta las 9:30 pm. Te ofrecen desayuno ( limitado a huevo con algún acompañamiento y frijoles, agua fresca, café y agua natural) y te da otras opciones con costos extra. Las personas que atienden son muy amables. Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo y claro que regresaría. El único punto negativo que encontré fue que llevaba maletas pesadas y pues no cuentan con elevador o alguna persona que apoyara a subirlas pero es lo de menos solo las subes una vez.

Arenas del Pacifico Hotel is a little gem in Crucecita. It is minutes from the Zocolo, but far enough away to be quiet, especially at night. The room was spacious and very clean, with a small balcony overlooking a lovely pool. We had a small fridge in our room, which was great for beer! Breakfast was included and was good - lots of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only aside was our room smelled a bit like mildew, but it was not an issue at all. So many birds to watch!

I loved this quaint authentically Mexican hotel close to everything. The rooms are simple and with everything one needs. I was provided with a fridge upon request, so handy with all the shops so close by. The pool was wonderful and clean. The breakfast was excellent with different choices daily. There are 4 restaurants right next door and many more within blocks, and a market across the street. It's only a 40 peso taxi ride to Santa Cruz Beach. There is no elevator but that was fine by me, the exercise was good! Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Me parecio un excelente hotel para poder visitar las playas de huatulco, no esta muy lejos del centro caminando, la alberca esta bonita y muy bien cuidada, habitacion amplia, incluye desayuno americano, si me volveria a hospedar en este hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always provided me with excellent accomodation with a staff which always seem to anticipate what makes me feel welcome. When I stay here I do not feel like I am in a hotel...I feel like I am home with family. The hotel is always well kept and clean and I do not have a single suggestion for how they could improve anything.
