Hotel la Isla Huatulco H

Horrible service, hotel overbooked. Employees have no control over what rooms are assigned to. ( lady in-font of line was given a room that already had suitcases and manager just walked away. No room keys were being given at the time.) When it was our turn, they had no more rooms and told us it was the agency's fault. They supposedly contacted another hotel near by and expected us to pay for transportation to the next hotel. When we got to the other hotel they told us that they explained to manager that they had no rooms available. Reservations were made months and advance and we called a day before to confirm our reservation. Anywhere is better than here rundown hotel, zero organization. Lying staff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!! NO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL!! CUIDADO!! NO VAYAN!! A mi Familia y a mi nos Robaron en este hotel!! Fuimos 6 miembros de mi familia y habíamos pagado el hospedaje por dos noches. Al llegar a los cuartos revisamos y no habían toallas le comunicamos a la gerente Guadalupe Pérez (según ella identificándose con ese nombre) y ella nos aseguró que ahí estaban y nos acusó que nosotros las habíamos robado!!! Cosa que no hace sentido si no llevábamos 30 min de habernos instalado en el hotel. Le propusimos que revisaran maletas y el auto. Ellos revisaron y verificaron que efectivamente no había nada!! Aun así ella no quiso darnos otras toallas y siguió acusándonos de que nosotros las teníamos. En seguida decidimos irnos a otro hotel y le pedimos que nos regresara el cobro de las dos noches que se pagaron por la habitación. Ella se negó y no quiso regresarnos nada! Esto es un ROBO TOTAL!!! No hay una buena gerencia ni personal confiable!! No es seguro ni recomendable para nadie!!
