Stayed at pikes peak in crosslake for my bday weekend. We got a jacuzzi room as that’s what I wanted for my bday. The jets kept shutting off and was tripping the breaker. I told the front desk and the manager treated my boyfriend like it we were lying and we were a problem. Rude and for the price she refused to give us any kind of discount no apology nothing. They even made me go show them how it wasn’t working and honestly I don’t think they will fix it. Go to white fish hotel in stead. Stay away.

The manager of this hotel is very rude and ******. He covered his nose to talk to me and ask me for the room back because he had a cat. In the hotel policies it says that it is pet friendly and pay the extra amount per pet. Even so, I paid for 4 nights and then I wanted to extend until Monday when our work finished and I left the hotel alone with my 7-year-old daughter. I worked as Housekeeping for 4 years and cleaned the room more than I should even though it was not dirty. I was feeding my 6 week old kitten wet food. The hotel is terrible for the price it does not have a working wifi but that is not the worst thing about the hotel. The worst thing about the hotel is the MANAGER that looks like a pool plug.
