Wonderful place to stay. Staff are amazing. Huge room with great views over snowy mountains. Restaurant at the pub downstairs had great meals. Must say best mattress I’ve ever slept on. Didn’t have breakfast but got a fantastic ham and cheese toastie and coffee from the cafe

The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was because, despite each room having its own Wi-Fi connection, all the Wi-Fi passwords of the rooms were the same.
This enabled another guest to hack into my laptop, & send a scam to all of my email contacts, resulting in a massive hassle the following day which caused truckloads of sh#t to hit many fans.
I was not happy & it resulted in my wife & I not having the time to see many of the sights in Cromwell, as it took so long to sort the issue out.
It effectively wrecked out Cromwell experience

Not so sure
Map of how to get too room is confusing, old manual keys to get in to Hallways then doors all the way down the long hallways to find room.
Rooms noisy, could hear other doors being slammed closed quite often.
The place seems to be in need of a refurb.
I asked where the laundry was, and lady said oh sorry we don’t have laundry any more, so I said well you need to update your ad because we planned our trip around needing to do Laundry at this place, and I see they still haven’t updated their ad.
The Pub/Bar restaurant was fantastic!
