Hotel de Paris

Just came back from Cromer on 27th July with alfa just to say that on the last night service was quite slow waited 25 mins for dinner and dessert not many staff they was really understaffed which I wasnt happy about and told of one of the waiters of i got a bit stressed out which i apologised for the next day and felt awful for having ago at members of staff I wasnt well that night I'm diabetic but no excuse for my verbal outburst I just got really upset and stressed out. I really do want to apologise for my anger I wasnt well over tired and just really had a stressful day i really felt awful having ago at the staff. Any way food realiy good hotel I've been here several times now 4th time in two years love the place. Yasmine Tom and Johnathan all really amazing couldn't do enough for us both me and my partner got food allergies and both of us are diabetic room was so clean spacious and tidy excellent bar staff and house keepers excellent job they do so does the chef was really good with providing me food and drink everyone was really great safe clean hotel with gorgeous views hotel is amazing and every one works as a team really great team work bingo great fun but would be nice to do 1 line and full house rather than full houses all the time. I am coming back here in 2026 really lovely lovely town and sea resort cromer it's so sad to leave it all behind can't wait to come back here next time for longer. It was short staff because staff was of at inside the restaurant and bar it took a long time getting dinner and dessert on the friday and Saturday evening I had to go up to one member of staff and waitress they need to put on more staff it's not fair for them only having one staff at the bar and only 3 working on the restaurant side felt so sorry for them for everyone they rushed of their feet. They was professional at all times and porter was helpful receptionists amazing quick service got a fabulous room and spotless clean lovely views

Love the hotel staff was fantastic food was lovely especially Sadie in the bar and Kyla in reception very helpful and Sadie was a laugh especially doing the quiz

A fourth visit recently! You will either love it or hate it, because it is ‘quirky’. For those with front bedrooms the view is amazing. It is centrally situated on the sea front right opposite the pier. Although facilities are clean and modern, the hotel has an unapologetic ‘old fashioned’ atmosphere. Parking is very limited, so the hotel is more geared up for coach parties. Certainly there is a more mature clientele but not necessarily exclusively! Food is quite acceptable, but not adventurous. However, I’ve never seen waiting staff work so hard! This hotel runs to a ‘system’ which has been tried and tested. It offers good value with an unrivalled location. But for some, it may not offer the extra amenities they are looking for. For others (including myself), it is a gem!

A group of us stayed here on a five-day holiday. Decor & lighting impressive. Impressive, historic hotel but inside modern, airy & easy to get around, a lift to all 3 floors, or steps are shallow so no problem up & down. Hygienic dispensers around, which we were pleased with for hand sanitization still. Rooms, lounge, toilets spotless, modern fixtures & fittings, with items for sale shown next to reception which has staff ready to help, plus a night porter here. Breakfast & evening meal has a variety to suit all, with the Chef giving adequate portions, 3-course dinner & a young serving staff eager, polite & efficient here. Pay extra for a supreme room, as it's worth it for amenities & views of seafront. Wheelchair accessible at the side door as steps & revolving door at front entrance. Bar staff cheerful & enough selection of ales, lagers, ciders, spirits & wines here with a bar & dining room having promenade & sea views with high ceilings for light. Assistant Manager Yasmin greets, informs & is "hands on" in reception, bar & admin. Value for money stay.

We stayed at the hotel on the 20th for 7 days rooms was lovely and clean all new furniture. The staff were very fantastic and helpful food was excellent entertainment was good. would come back again.tavel with GEE VEE Mr and Mrs P Bennett Derbyshire

I could live here been and stayed In this hotel many times in the past just absolutely love the staff house keepers do marvelous job spot on food is always served really fast and effective tea coffee after dinner breakfast is always outstanding the best ever gorgeous hotel and sea front nothing is never a problem we never had any problems at all it's just a really fab hotel and hotel manager and staff they are the best receptionists well so friendly cant go wrong with them or the hotel or hotel staff. Just wish I could pack every thing up and move in to this hotel because I just love it so much and always sad to leave. Hotel spotless clean it pays of every time well done to you all massive massive credit. Thank you cant wait for the next return. Been to cromer and hotel de paris now at least 4 times coming back again in july 2025
