Girl trip
The property is beautiful! The staff is always nice. But ever since they opened a few years ago, they continue to false advertise their amenities. All 3 times I've stayed there the phones never work in the rooms. They also advertise all these areas where you can get food, such as appetizers but we found out quickly that wasn't true. So if you want anything like that you're going to have to get it elsewhere.

Gorgeous hotel & rooms, but Dining options were on both sides of the spectrum; Steak house was incredibly fancy & expensive and "Cafe' was tiny & meager. Mexican Restaurant was closed during our stay. Pool was closed for repairs and very difficult to get to. Still, probably the best option in Cripple Creek.

Hotel was very nice. Pool was very nice. I think you should include ashtrays in front of the hotel at least at a corner otherwise this faces a fire hazard.
