Hotel com instalações modernas, excelente localização e com estacionamento próprio. Destacamos a variedade de itens no café da manhã e o conforto do quarto. Ótimo atendimento, fomos muito bem recepcionados. Adoramos nossa estada e certamente indicaremos esse hotel.

A cama sofá é dura e não tinha edredom. Pedi no serviço de quarto, me mandaram manta de microfibra. No mais, restaurante, café muito bons e o hotel novíssimo! Estacionamento pago a parte. Fica ao lado do shopping

Hotel que aceita pet, o que foi excelente em nossa viagem de duas noites. Check in e check out ágeis. Estacionamento bastante amplo e compartilhado com o Shopping Criciúma - aliás, é possível chegar ao Shopping caminhando por dentro do próprio Hotel, o que facilitou muito a alimentação. Solicitamos quarto isolado/silencioso ao fazer a reserva e o pedido foi atendido muito bem pela equipe. O acesso de carro é fácil. Único ponto a melhorar seria o café da manhã, que tem poucas mesas para os dias de hotel cheio e os bolos servidos possuem a massa muito seca.

Experiência Maravilhosa, nos hospedamos sem burocracia e horários fixados para check in, nos acomodaram bem rápido, roupa de cama e toalhas limpíssimas, atendente super atencioso, lavanderia muito boa e com um custo baixo, levei a minha roupa toda limpinha de volta para casa, quartos confortáveis e aconchegantes, espaço para o trabalho, decoração de época, com quadros antigos e espaços de lazer ao longo todo do hotel, incrível para tirar fotos e registrar momentos em família, tem sala até de ginastica, adoramos e com certeza sempre nos hospedaremos nele quando passarmos por Criciúma

Even having booked the room 2 months before arrival at Hotel Zata, on a rain night, I was told that I would stay in a “anex” to him, in the front square, behind a parking, which outside looks like one of those US roadside motels I complained with the owner, and the receptionist, who was there, said: “You gave luck, the hotel loto ...”. I mean, they put other people in the room I reserved and if I wanted to stay there, I would have to take the room on the other side of the street. It was late, very cold, raining, and due to a competition the next day the other hotels were also high lottery, I was forced to stay. The room was very small (about 1,90 x 2,60m) and simple, with cold floor, with a small bathroom on the bottom. The bed was normal. I had no phone (I reserved a room with a phone) or interphone for communication with the reception. I was very cold. I tried to call the air-conditioner, which didn't work. Other guests also claimed that the air-conditioner was not working. I went under rain until the reception to ask for a heating, which was denied to me by the receptionist (who said he had no). More than an hour later, the owner borrowed me a heating device, because I insisted, the shower was not working right, the room where breakfast is served (which is even good but very simple) is small. The guests are rowing to wait for others to leave a table to sit. Summary: I do not recommend! Even if they guarantee a room in the hotel for you (as you do with me), it may be that you end up sleeping behind a garage in the cold ...
