Decepcionante! Reservamos este hotel justamente por ter ar condicionado split, porém ao chegarmos no quarto, ligamos o ar e ficava apenas ventilando, o compressor do ar não ligava. O quarto estava muito abafado, nos sentimos sufocados. Fomos conversar com a recepção e nos ofereceram um outro quarto inferior que era muito barulhento e o ar também não gelava. Permanecemos no primeiro quarto. Passamos calor, além disso o chuveiro é muito fraco, nem banho conseguimos tomar direito. Não indico mesmo!

O ar do quarto não funciona no refrigerar, só funciona a função ventilar, deixando o quarto quente e sem oxigenação, o chuveiro é fraco, sem volume de água. Procuramos a recepção, e a solução foi nos oferecer outro quarto no andar térreo, barulhento, nos deram a chave e testamos, o ar, igualmente, parecia ter o mês o problema. Resumindo, péssima experiência, oriento a não reservar este hotel.

Ótimo hotel.
Hotel muito bom!
Quarto com acústica boa, vidros duplos.
Café da manhã maravilhoso.
Único porém é que o ar não funcionava, e o CD de luz fazia um ruído estranho o tempo todo. Também erraram minha reserva, mas solucionaram o problema de forma rápida.
Voltarei com certeza!

A limpeza do banheiro poderia ser um pouco melhor. Não sei o ar condicionado estava com problemas, mas o ar quente funcionava 5 minutos depois fica uns 40 minutos sem funcionar.

Há outras opções melhores em Criciúma
Apartamento simples e limpo. Isolamento acústico nas janelas é razoável. Tive problemas com o ar condicionado (apto 101) e me deram outro quarto.
Café da manhã muito fraco (ovos mexidos frios e salsichas frias) - pague um pouco mais e fique no Tri Hotel Executive, o café é muito melhor. Ou vá tomar café na padaria.

Muito barulho, instalações antigas.
O hotel é antigo, e mesmo com a reforma feita ficou deixando a desejar. É localizado em uma avenida muito movimentada, e como não há isolamento acústico nas janelas fica difícil ter um bom sono, só se você tiver um sono muito, muito pesado. O ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, bem variado e saboroso.
