Excelente! Recomendo para TODOS que estiverem na região de Criciúma, Nova Veneza, Siderópolis... Atendimento fantástico, café da manhã excelente, restaurante do hotel ótimo, quarto maravilhoso com cama ótima e chuveiro muito bom. E além de tudo são pet friendly! Não poderia ser melhor!

Descaso, beirando ao absurdo.
As paredes entre os quartos não isolam barulho, passei o noite ouvindo roncos e barulhos estranhos do quarto ao lado, fiquei sem banho, e escovei os dentes com água mineral, por que a água da torneira e do chuveiro era esgoto, amarela, horrível.
Os atendentes nem bola deram ou tentaram resolver a situação, ainda queriam cobrar a garrafa de água mineral que usei para lavar o rosto e escovar os dentes.

Péssimo
Hotel sem conforto, camas padrão inferior, quartos sem acústica, o quinto andar impossível para ficar, muito barulho, segundo a recepção tratava-se do barulho do aquecedor. Os ap’s virados para a rua principal com a vedação acústica deixando a desejar, dava para ouvir os veículos que passavam pela via. Café da manhã fraco e a pessoa que estava atendendo, com má vontade e muito mal humorado.
Optamos por se tratar de hotel novo. Mas foi decepcionante.

Excelente hotel
O hotel é excelente, com muito conforto nos quartos, limpeza impecável, com uma maravilhoso café da manhã. O restaurante poderia oferecer uma maior variedade de pratos, mas os que existem no cardápio são deliciosos e muito bem preparados. O atendimento é excelente também e a disponibilidade de uma academia para os hóspedes é muito providencial. Ano que vem volto para a maratona de Criciúma e certamente ficarei nesse hotel.
