As usual, a good hotel, a good room, however, a mistake at the reception desk allowed someone into my room and was given a duplicate key. This is extremely disturbing.

I had a great stay! The service was truly outstanding: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always available to meet our needs. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
