After stay here 17 days and the property knowing full well I have two dogs they came to me at 9pm telling me I owe 510.00 for two dogs for 17 days or I had to leave. I made it very clear time and time again that I had two dogs.

This was our second stay here at super 8 by Wyndham, it’s always a pleasant experience.
The room was super clean and the beds are super comfy. Panda who works the front desk second shift is always a delight.! She is Amazing at what she does and light unto many others. One things to note is that this super 8 no longer serves a continental breakfast. Wyndham did a survey of budget hotels in the area and came to the conclusion that breakfast wasnt being used by its guest properly, and would not be offered to low end hotels,now with that being said and being a Wyndham rewards member I’m going to email them with my thoughts and disappointment in the matter. However this isn’t a strike against this hotel as I would definitely recommend this place and stay again and again when in the area.!

We booked 2 rooms. Our rooms were not very clean, water pressure was awful, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also when we arrived we had to call a number as the front desk clerk was off the property.

I need to get my money back when I pulled up to check in there was nobody to check me in the doors was locked and there was a note on the door that said that they would be back and it gave a phone number. I called it and called it and called it. Nobody answered it and I had surgery in Crestview at 3 o’clock so I had to go get another room and check in too And they told me I need to get my money back from you

Not clean
Trash had not been emptied from previous occupant, floors were dirty, it was a non smoking room but smoke from our neighbor's filtered into our room throughout the night.

Spacious room, clean bed and bath
Good clean bed, safe area, tons of restaurants around, close to highway and they are renovating it. Pleased with it’
