Bedbugs! Here I thought I was choosing a quality hotel for what Crestview has to offer. Instead, I am now covered in bed bug bites. I have never had such an experience in my life. I will NEVER visit this hotel again. Be careful. The front desk personnel are never actually manning the desk.

Convenient place to stop after driving all day. Multiple restaurants in the area. We went to the Whataburger which is open 24/7. Clean and comfortable rooms that have good wifi connection. Adequate breakfast area to get coffee and warm food before getting back on the road.

First, it’s pretty hard to get a 5 from me, but if they had 4.5, I would have given it. Very easy to find and just off the exit. At least 2 restaurants within a short walk. A Cracker Barrel, plus a seafood restaurant. After driving 12 hour, I don’t want to get back in the car. The rooms were nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a freezer in the refrigerator. The bathroom was nice, with good lighting. Good shower in low rise bathtub. Could use some grab rails. Big plus, it has plenty of towels. The breakfast was pretty much normal HI Express food. I would certainly stop by here again.

After driving 10 hours, it was a really great hotel expereince. We were greeted and when my wife told the clerk our last name and we had a reservation, we were immediately "Thanked" for being Reward Members. Our room was on the 1st floor and it was very beautiful and clean. Just wished IHG would get rid of the bathtubs and get walk-in showers. Safer for "Senior" travlers. We had a King Bed Suite and could not believe there were 2 TV's in the room. I wish I could have stayed up to watch tv. Not feeling well and took a shower and went right to bed. Had a fantastic sleep. Breakfask was 6:30 - 9:30 am and lots of great options. Love the Cinn. Rolls! Thank you for the best stay after 2 1/2 weeks of being on vacation and back home in Florida. We still had a 5 hour drive home but the Florida Staff at this hotel was the only one that recognized us a card members and Welcomed us upon check-in. Thank you.

Very nice hotel experience, nice, clean, comfortable and modern room, friendly staff, very quiet, very good wifi, and cable tv stations. Close to a very good Cracker Barrel restaurant. Great breakfast all around positive experience.

Would have given this one 5 stars but I’m not for the following. when I checked in i asked what the latest was I could check out and was told 2, I said that’s perfect and was told it was handled. Next morning they trying get in the room at 11 sharp had no idea I asked for extended checkout. other than that was a clean and comfortable room.
