We've been vacation renting this home for many years and are so thankful to have guests return year after year. Located in downtown Crested Butte, just two blocks north of Elk Avenue and all of its restaurants and shops, this neighborhood is central and quiet. The pedestrian bridge at 3rd Street and Totem Pole Park takes you downtown in two minutes. You can walk or ride to the hiking and biking trails of the Woods Walk, the Lower Loop, and many others. In CB style, the kitchen and living area are located on the second floor. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open, where you can relax and enjoy the view of Mt. Crested Butte and Red Lady. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one has a Queen Bed with a premier memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed, memory foam mattresses, and a twin on top and a full on the bottom. The fenced yard offers amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte and a private area to relax and spend more time outside. There's off-street parking for two vehicles.
