I would definitely go again. The views from the PCT cabin was beautiful. It’s nice mix of wilderness and convenience with restaurant, amenities, and fully stocked cabin with fridge and shower. Odell Lake is stunning and the location of the resort is perfect for checking out near by attractions like Salt Creek Falls, Waldo Lake, and Wickiup Reservoir

We recently stayed at this cabin and appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was—clearly, care has been taken with its upkeep. However, we were disappointed that the space didn’t match the photos presented on the website, particularly the bathroom, which looked very different and felt misrepresented. While the stay itself was comfortable, the discrepancies between the listing and the actual property impacted our overall experience. Future guests might want to verify details with the host before booking.

Great place for a family great together. Lake access right in front of the cabin. Boat was trailered in & out with a dock for the boat near cabin, hiking trails just across the train tracks, and really good food at restaurant.

Shelter Cove is a great place to go for the scenery and fishing. I have been coming here every year for 7 years now and enjoy the fishing. The staff is very helpful and the rooms I have stayed in (Kokanee) have always been clean and well stocked. I always fish with the lodge guide (Dave Jones) on the first day of my week and it always pays off. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share information and techniques. Dave gives me a head start on my fishing in my own boat for the rest of my stay. I will be back again next year.

The site is very beautiful and staff is very friendly, although when I got to my cabin I found that the TV didn't work and the bathroom faucet was broken. Although the bed was very comfortable and that kinda made up for the deficiencies. The boat docks need some work.

Coming to Odell Lake in May and June is the best. So beautiful, and the Kokanee fishing is world renown, If you have a boat, get mooring and enjoy as many days as you can, it will not disappoint. Camp ground improvements are great, power at every site. And the Hook & Talon food has improved from a toaster pizza to Prime Rib or Salmon dinners. A great place to stay 1 day or 1 weeks!
