One of the best places to stay in Oregon for a great Pacific Coast beach vacation is Lincoln City. For an even more convenient and comfortable stay, you can stay directly on the beach at the Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection.

The Inn seemed rather dated. It was clean, but seemed worn. Did not have any real problems, but rather pricey all things considered.

Steer clear of this place. We booked it based on only a few options and fairly favorable reviews. The room we got was not good, in fact the actual lock wouldn't lock (room 311) because clearly it was previously damaged and the plate wasn't replaced properly. The pool chemicals were over powering to where it burnt our eyes, and we could not even swim. Not what I would expect from a normal Best Western. We went to breakfast, and most everything was already cleared out.

Room was mediocre at best. Very small for a family of 4. No pool towels. No refreshing the towels each day . The air conditioner didn't work. They don't tell they charge $45 per night for a pet. Not worth the price they charge.

Our room was nice and great location to Redwood National and State Parks. Breakfast was located in a separate building with a large dining room. Beach and Marina was nearby. Great location!

Good breakfast Room not good for what I pay Front desk person wasn't helpful at all at check in. My family was very disappointed and tried to enjoy the experience town.

This was a nice hotel and we had a great view of the harbor. We had a little problem checking in as the room we reserved didn’t exist any longer but the staff was excellent and accommodated us with an upgraded room. The room was large and spacious with fairly comfortable beds and bedding. The bathroom was large and had good counter space and a good sized shower. Breakfast was on the second floor of the restaurant out front and had a great view of the harbor. The food options for breakfast were basic normal free breakfast fare but did not seem to be replenished frequently as several were empty each day of our trip. My only complaint about this hotel is the internet as it would not stay connected and would drop out as we were using it. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.
