Sadly, there has been a deterioration in our 2 stays there. Our experience this time was a very tired, poorly kept accommodation. We thought we would be elated as we were on a higher floor but alas! And they are now charging for parking! Despite its great location, I don't think we will return

We returned to this accommodation after a great experience two years ago. The location is brilliant & the view from the rooms with balconies is stunning - Melbourne skyline, including the MCG. It is quiet and offers parking underneath. However, we were disappointed with the quality of our stay - our mattress protector had broken away in two corners & was never replaced; there were 3 coat hangers provided and one was broken; the baskets to hold clothes in the built in robes had to be put in the room as it was too big to be accessed; the towels were basic and had seen better days; the desk in the bedroom had an ottoman instead of a chair, which made it useless. The shower is great with excellent pressure, and we were provided with a washer/dryer & dishwasher with only two sachets per utility for a six-night stay. We were told our room would be serviced on the Monday, but it wasn't. Finally we were unexpectedly charged $25 after we had checked out - a car parking fee that had never been mentioned. We won't be returning.

Extremely well located to many restaurant's in Swan street. Short walk to the MCG, Rod Laver Arena ect. Convenient A/H checkin and onsite parking probably the cleanest property and room I've stayed in. Already booked several future stays.

Great location for MCG, Rod Laver ir AAMI stadium events. Apartment was neat and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The man at reception was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Wir hatten uns von Anfang bis Ende wie zuhause gefühlt. Unser Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Straßenbahn in die City gleich um die Ecke die uns in kurzer Zeit dahin gebracht hat. Die belebten Straßen von Richmond mit schönen ausgemöglichkeiten ganz in der nähe.

We stayed last Saturday 8th March and had fully paid upfront last October 2024 through Wotif. Checked Bank account Sunday night and 381 Cremorne have recharged over $40 more my original amount, at a cost of $481 and now I am fighting to get a refund. I have been given every excuse and have been issued a Westpac refund receipt as if they have paid me! It is a disgrace that after multiple emails and phone calls,I’m still waiting 5 days after I found it. Don’t trust this Apartment complex, very disappointed and mad that they think it doesn’t matter about $481, have told all the other people in our guest list to check their accounts urgently. Very poorly run !
