Booked a room here for my sister and nieces. I requested for late check out for them, and initially we were told by a lady at front desk that late checkout is “up to 5pm”, then when we were ready to book late check out a worker named Neil told us it was 4pm. The following day when I called, they said my sister and nieces had to get out by 3pm which I found weird as this wasn’t what was previously agreed before paying . He said it is subject to availability which I understand but this was never explained initially and if I didn’t call, I would have never known that. I was trying to explain this to an employee on the phone when another worker by the name of “Bee” rudely took the phone and handled the call extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She hung up the phone in my ear twice and ignored my future calls and refused for me to explain my situation to her that I was trying to explain to another employee. She said she didn’t want to hear it. She admitted that she was eavesdropping on the phone call so she didn’t want to hear my explanation as she already heard it. At that point I felt like my privacy on the call was being violated since I didn’t know she was listening to the conversation. She called me rude (although I could not finish one sentence without her interrupting and she wouldn’t let me speak) . I did shout and asked her to let me speak and that’s why she called me rude but all I wanted was a chance to speak. Anyway, I have never experienced anything like this before. She treated me like an animal on the phone and I will be reporting her until disciplinary action is taken. I would like those calls to be reviewed and have sent an email in for investigation into the matter.
