The loveliest hotel to stay at, great food, great staff, Aoife and Sofie are brilliant. The spa was class, not to busy. I would definitely go back.

Called in for a casual drink after a walk. Stood at an empty bar for 7 minutes before anyone appeared. £21.30 for a G and T and a pint of lager. The gin measuring device wasn't filled completely. Wont be back.

We had gone here for Father’s Day lunch and food and service was really good. The atmosphere is always nice and calm and everything was good. Drinks are always great. Started off with a Hugo spritz and that was unreal. All our food was 10/10

Just back from a two night stay with friends, one of who was celebrating their 50th birthday. This place is fantastic, I really feel the need to mention the staff first, they are sooooooo welcoming and friendly from the moment we stepped into reception, I don't think we have ever been to a hotel that had nicer staff, 10 out of 10. We only had one staff member, the barman near the pool, last night, he wouldn't take our order but my friend asked the waitress for her order and the waitress passed it on to him, they were all standing right next to each other, found him to be a little rude. That said, it doesn't bring down the 10 out of 10 for the staff as they were total amazing, thank you for making our stay so wonderful!!! The rooms are fantastic, so cosy and very clean. The spa is on another level and the cocktails are divine. Thank you to all the staff (the receptionists, all but 1 of the bar staff, the cleaning staff, who were so friendly, the girls serving at the pool, the servers in the restaurant, and everyone else that works at The Old Inn, pay rise for all the staff:) Oh nearly forgot to mention our dinner there. We weren't go to have dinner here based on a few of the reviews, so glad we did have dinner here, it was absolutely gorgeous! The flavours were out of this world, presentation was fantastic and again the serving staff were lovely. Shout out for the girls serving around the pool, so friendly and professional at the same time. Its a trip we will never forget. Thank you!!!

Had a smashing lunch at The Old Inn yesterday. Ray and Rhianna looked after us superbly, very friendly and great service. Really well appointed establishment, great decor and what looked liked a good choice of places to eat. The food was tip top, compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. Hope to come back again when next in Crawfordsburn. Many thanks

Pour aller à ce restaurant (je ne parle pas ici de l'hôtel) depuis Belfast, il faut prendre le train puis marcher une petite demi-heure dans la campagne nord-irlandaise .... On se croirait dans un roman d'Agatha Christie, sauf que bien sûr aucune Rolls Royce ne vient nous attendre. Pourtant le restaurant évoquerait facilement une Rolls tant il est confortable, majestueux, agréable, accueillant, presque voluptueux. Ce fut un excellent repas d'anniversaire, avec un délicieux chateaubriand béarnaise (100% irlandais, qui aurait pu être découpé en salle plutôt qu'en cuisine), avec un excellent rosé français et en guise de dessert des Irish Coffee de grande classe. A noter que la traditionnelle bougie était perchée sur un magnifique et succulent dessert. Le service était d'une gentillesse à pleurer, et comme dans ce genre d'endroit béni des dieux où tout est parfait, j'aurais volontiers volé le savon des toilettes tant son parfum était exquis ....

When we drove past I was a touch worried about the road side site but from the moment we walked it was a step into another world. Friendly staff greeted us and we checked into our junior suites which were incredible. Freestanding copper baths, huge rooms and an amazing bed. The spa is a world outside and you are instantly relaxed and calm. A night in the old inn is like 4 days in a regular hotel. It's just so secluded and cosy. Hot tubs and sauna and drinks on tap via qr code is a recipe for relaxation. The restaurant is amazing and with lovely walks around the hotel from right outside this is a wonderful night away for anyone looking to spend a little extra to get a lot more.

The best experience ever! My husband’s birthday and they very kindly upgraded us to the junior suite, the food, staff, treatments was outstanding! A hidden gem! We will definitely be back xx

We were down for Father’s Day lunch and it was amazing. Service was incredible and food was amazing. There was a set menu and it was great. We love coming here for special occasions it’s always great. I had a Hugo spritz and it was unreal Others had wine and soft drinks. Food was incredible and alot for me what you are paying. We will be back very soon
