Hotel deixa a desejar na manutenção, árvores cobrindo a vista dos chalés , limpeza do chalé não existiu mesmo quando solicitado, desorganização no cheking e no checkout, funcionários trabalhando de cara feia, o gerente bem receptivo, já não posso falar a mesma coisa dos demais, precisa melhorar muito pra ficar razoável.

Sem conforto e qualidade
O hotel parecia abandonado, os chalés tinham cheiro de mofo, lençóis velhos, colcha horrível, quando chegamos estava tudo desligado, frigobar, contadores, tudo, não tinha água no frigobar, o banheiro estava com a torneira do chuveiro quebrada, não funcionou água morna!

Boa. Na primeira diária o café da manha deixou a desejar, assim como a limpeza da piscina. Na segunda diária que ja estava na sexta feira o cafe da manha estava bem melhor e estavam fazendo a limpeza da piscina.
