Ein absolutes Spitzenhotel! Das beste 5-Sternhotel, dass wir je in der Schweiz gefunden haben. Super schönes und gediegenes Design mit einem wunderschönen Chalestil, super Suiten mit herrlichem Blick über den 9-Loch-Golfplatz und Sicht in die Bergwelt; top ausgestattete Suiten im Dachgeschoss. Super Restaurant mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse, schöne Bar und das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hammer. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel ab Empfang mit dem Valet Parking bis zur Abreise war absolute Topklasse (in der CH noch nie einen solchen herzlichen, unkomplizierten und kompetenten Service erlebt). Wir werden sicher wieder dieses Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in der Gegend wählen.

Un service attentionné et discret, des chambres avec des vues spectaculaires , tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous t que vous reveniez. Juste un peu à l’écart du centre et sur le golf, emplacement parfait. Bravo à toute l’équipe qui donne l’impression d’une famille.

The Hotel made our first visit to crans Montana a truly memorable one, the staff in all departments were great, reception and concierge were very acomedating and helpful and always with a beautiful smile.the rooms were very spacious and ours had a beautiful terrace on the golf course.staff were very nice to our kids and offered to play the movie at the private cinema for them. Food was really nice and tasty. We will defiantly be coming again to this hotel.

Nous venons régulièrement depuis des années au Guarda Golf qui réunit à peu près toutes les caractéristiques que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel de luxe : situation et vue exceptionnelle, calme absolu, confort raffiné, personnel disponible aimable et à l'écoute, restauration de qualité, superbe spa , sans oublier un service de transport dans toute la station extrêmement efficace : tout séjour y est un moment de plaisir. Wenn man ankommt begegnet einem eine Freundlichkeit, die aussergewöhnlich ist. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter geben Ihnen das Gefühl der Gast zu sein auf den man mit Freude gewartet hat. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer und ein Service der sie innerhalb des Ortes zu Verabredungen fährt und wieder abholt runden einen perfekten Service ab. Wir werden wieder kommen. Aussergewöhnlich gut!

The most friendliest and kind staff I have ever encountered. Very happy with their serious attention to detail. Hoteal has a great location, and great services. Probably the best hotel to stay at Crans Montana, and I am excited to return again.
