Accueil formidable et très personnalisé. Services raffinés et très belle suite avec vue. Emplacement idéal dans la station. La vue est imprenable et le panorama grandiose. Le petit déjeuner et les restaurants sont parfaits. Les services partagés avec l’Etrier sont un peu moins luxueux

j'y suis aller pour un repas de midi aux bistrot de l'hotel quelle belle decouverte avec une belle vue depuis la terasse ainsi que un superbe service a table sans oublier cette delicieuse cuisine du chef franck renaud vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermer

Accueil des plus bienveillants lors de notre séjour (présentation de l’hôtel, cocktail de bienvenue, eaux à disposition lors de nos randonnées) au sein d'un très bel établissement (coup de cœur pour la piscine grandiose !). A noter également une cuisine gastronomique de qualité remarquable (dîner et petit déjeuner) en adéquation avec le lieu. Une très belle étape dans notre « road trip suisse » avec un seul regret n’y être restés qu’une seule nuit…

This is a gem of a hotel in Crans Montana. They have a wonderful team that makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. The views from the rooms were breathtaking (make sure you select Mountain View, it’s worth it). The food at the bistro was delicious and carefully prepared. Finally, the facilities are top-notch - the heated pool, the sauna, and the hammam.

Stunning views and amazing staff that catered to all our needs. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered great views of the Swiss mountains. The breakfast offered was one of the best I have tried. This hotel is a must-visit if you are in Crans Montana.

Un endroit idyllique pour un moment de calme. Je ne saurais décrire ce merveilleux endroit. En commençant par accueil souriant. Toujours a l'écoute de nos moindre désir, notre Pompon a reçu lui aussi un accueil chaleureux et même un tapis et des gamelles ..La chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort, là vue et les petites attentions , la piscine a température excellente, le spa divin je pourrais écrire plusieurs page tellement je suis ravie je ferais le nécessaire pour pouvoir revenir
