The hotel is very quiet and elegant. Although it has a long history, it is well-equipped and well-maintained. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the hotel balcony, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.
The most worth mentioning is the service! The thoughtful service of the front desk guy makes people feel like spring breeze, meticulous! During our stay, we experienced real five-star service! ! Even on the way we left the hotel to Dusseldorf, the hotel front desk guy called to remind me to go to Cologne Cathedral when I passed Cologne.
A great stay experience! I will stay again next time I go to Switzerland! Recommended!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Das Ankommen wurde uns sehr erleichtert durch den herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang. Wir fühlten uns in der Suite wie Zuhause. Die Aussicht, das Cheminee, der Whirlpool, die Einrichtung und das angenehme Bett. Alles war Perfekt und sehr sauber. Es war so schön, das wir uns auf ein nächstes Mal freuen. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel à l’hôtel du Pas de l’Ours à Crans-Montana. Tout était réuni pour rendre ces quelques jours inoubliables… Un hébergement raffiné, plein de charme, et bien sûr une gastronomie d’exception ! Le restaurant gastronomique signé par le chef étoilé Franck Reynaud est une véritable expérience culinaire, alliant créativité, finesse et émotions🤩 Quant au Bistrot des Ours, il propose une cuisine généreuse et savoureuse dans une atmosphère conviviale, mais tout aussi remarquable. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et l’envie de revenir très vite☺️

Nous sommes allés au pas de l’ours entre amis et avons passé un excellent moment. La nourriture était vraiment délicieuse et le service impeccable. Le personnel a été chaleureux et attentionné tout au long de la soirée. Une belle expérience que je recommande vivement !

Die Zimmer sind zwar teuer. Jedoch was geboten wird ist super. Leider können wir uns solchen Urlaub nicht immer leisten, aber es hat sich auf jedenfall gelohnt dies einmal erleben zu dürfen. Essen und Ambiente ist sensationell. Würde gerne öffter die Möglichkeit haben, um hier spesen zu können. Es lohnt sich auf jedenfall.

Un chef de haut vol au talent fou qui travaille beaucoup avec des produits locaux voir cueillis en montagne. Une brigade qui nous a régalé. Le tarif n'est certe pas à la portée de toutes les bourses mais les prestations fournies le justifie largement. Et que dire de la chambre... juste splendide ❤️
