Nous avons séjourné 2 fois dans cet hôtel. Il devrait visiblement être rénové mais cela a été repoussé. Les chambres sont vieillottes mais fonctionnel Les 2 fois nous avions une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Lors de notre 2ème séjour nous avons eu vu sur le golf avec un balcon. Un bémol pour la piscine. L'eau n'était vraiment pas chaude. Le personnel est très aimable . Nous avons beaucoup aimé nos séjours.

Un hôtel au charme des décors surchargés et baroques à l’italienne, un personnel agréable… mais en roue libre: jeunes stagiaires incompétents n’ayant aucune notion d’hôtellerie au petit déjeuner, spa où plus grand chose fonctionne, où les bords de la piscine sont poisseux et où les touristes entrent sans se doucher… faute d’instructions et de douche visible; vitres sales et alentours en mode brocante. Si l’intention était de saborder ce bel outil pour légitimer la transformation en PPE, on est sur la bonne voie.

Vergogna un albergo 5 stelle sporco e vecchio, una camera da 895 euro che non valeva il prezzo, personale cordiale ma struttura vecchia e sporca, abbiamo trovato nel servizio prodotti usati vedi batuffoli per le orecchie e nel frigo bottiglie di liquori vuoti

Hôtel vieillissant nécessitant une sérieuse rénovation. Les canapés présentent des taches, les vitres sont sales, et des traces d’humidité sont visibles sur les murs. La salle de bain est vétuste, avec des rideaux de douche usés. La literie est beaucoup trop molle, ce qui nuit au confort du séjour. Seul point positif : un personnel aimable et serviable.

Très bel hôtel bien qu'un peu vieillot, accueil très sympathique. Le lounge est très classe et le restaurant très bien. La chambre (côté montagnes) simple mais largement suffisante. La piscine et le spa sont correct seul bémol les cabines hamam et sauna sont dans les vestiaires donc séparé homme/femme

Cet hôtel a dû certainement être au top par le passé. Mais il est malheureusement laissé à l’abandon: - Chambres vieillottes (papier peint qui se décolle, moquette usée, traces d’infiltration d’eau au plafond). - Infiltration d’eau en cours dans la salle du petit-déjeuner (les gouttes tombent dans une plante posée sur une table). - SPA peu attrayant, avec un hammam non fonctionnel chez les femmes et qui sent le moisi chez les hommes. - Petit-déjeuner quelconque, avec une hygiène qui paraît plutôt négligée au niveau des ustensiles et présentoirs. Tout ceci n’est bien sûr pas digne d’un 5*. Une rénovation complète semble inévitable.

Un hôtel 5 étoiles ? Une grosse blague… le spa est une piscine d’eau froide avec un bar abandonné, le hamman 4 places avec de la moissisures. Les chambres très veillotes. Ils nous ont proposé d’être surclassé pour 100 chf mais je voulais plutôt fuir. Le petit déjeuner très basique (verre sales, jus d’orange en brique). Je me demande même si ça vaut un 3 étoiles ! Cet hôtel mérite de fermer ses portes et d’être rénové. Une honte que les prix soient aussi cher !

This hotel hasn’t change in over 50 years. It’s old, badly kepted up, service, and food horrible. They rate themselves as 5 star. The hotel association should inspect it. I have never had an over charged place so bad in Crans in all the years I’ve been there.

Quando entri nel hotel ti accorgi subito che non e’ il tipico albergo svizzero . Lo staff e’ all’80% italiano ( nella cucina il 100% napoletano) e si percepisce una informalita’ elegante che ti fa sentire a casa . Lo stile degli interni e’ sontuoso e caldo con ampie camere e suites . La Spa e piscina interna sono top ! Ma quello che rende l’albergo unico e’ il personale e la loro simpatia . Molto raccomandato!!!
