Staff are pleasant and very helpful, and the room we had was large and very comfortable. The location is in a great spot with many delightful shops and places to eat.

Great location in a cute little town. Super friendly and very helpful staff at check in. Would happily stay here again. Do not that there is no elevator, so it is all stairs, but only 3 floors in total. Our room was quiet and comfy. Walkable to nearby restaurants and grocery store and shops.

We so enjoyed our stay at this downtown hotel. Fantastic location, renovated interior (art deco feel) and CLEAN. Terrific pub with fantastic food located on the main floor. Parking is included with your stay. Jim took excellent care of us and we will definitely be back!

This place is very unique but in an extremely good way. The staff are absolute gems and are always helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

Weren’t sure what to expect, but we want’ed to get away from the highway “chain” hotels. Baker was exactly what we hoped. An older hotel but carefully upgraded. Marvin on the front desk was great. Answered all our questions about town facilities. Restaurant next door was very good. Great variety but waitress helped out us find what suited our us. Good selection of beers as well. Definitely recommend the Baker!

The hotel itself, the service, the location were excellent. Met our needs perfectly. My only issue was the fact that there was no elevator. This is not anything against the hotel - it’s a historic building and I should have known my mobility issues would trouble me. But overall, love the place and highly recommend it. Would stay again even without an elevator :)

The room was nice, comfortable bed, clean. The first impression when you walk in is not good tho, ceiling in lobby is in serious need of repair/replacement, and that geniuenly got me worried, if the first place of contact in this hotel is in this shape, how's the rest going to be. The hotel itself is nice enough, centrally located. However, it's next to main hangout restaurant in town, windows right above the area where the patrons of the restaurant go to smoke, I heard everything because of not great windows until midnight, and then there were some very loud guests on top floor of the hotel, having party probably until 1. As well as homeless people hanging out near entrance to the hotel. Certainly don't recommend visiting this hotel with children.
