When I arrived at the RedRoof Inn, Pittsburgh North, cranberry Twp., Pa, on Monday, June 2nd, found that the hotel was totally CLOSED, and after further investigation, found it has been closed for renovations for over 2 months. Had to find another hotel to stay at rather quickly because it was already past 8 pm. Tried to contact Trip.com several different ways that same night and the next morning, but had NO success. Since Trop.com has contacted me for this review, I can now say I would really appreciate a refund for the 5 nights I was to stay there. Thank you, Joe M.

I stayed on a Wednesday and didn't like it so I didn't get a refund and just didn't go.
If you're a man and want to sleep alone at a cheap price, pay more and go somewhere else.

Had a week at Red Roof Inn and it was cool overall! The vibe was cozy, and the front desk staff was super friendly and saved the day when my boyfriend dropped his wallet. Lost our keycard too, but he hooked us up without any hassle. Only downside was the room had a bit of dust and a briefly clogged toilet, but nothing major. Overall, a pretty good stay! 🌟

We went late night. Someone was there to give our room keys. As we have to early they asked us to keep the lets inside the room and open the curtains.
Room wasn’t cleaned that much.

they can't even pay their electric bill & dishonestly claimed it was not their fault. Called home office for a refund and was told nothing they can do about power outage. Luckily I booked through ******* and was able to stay right next door. This "hotel" is a dump and they are dishonest. do not ever book here, EVER!
