The staffs were friendly and kind, the room was very clean, and the locations were perfect to visit the old town and the Annecy lake.

When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it.
The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way.

Never again. For the same price you can get a beautiful airbnb apartment in the heart of Annecy. 1 star is generous. Imagine staying a week and they provide 1 towels that doesn’t get washed the whole stay and it’s 30 degrees. Avoid this place unless it truly is your only option.

The shower head was pointing at the curtain therefore it was impossible for me to shower properly..

Wierd little hotel with no interaction from reception what-so-ever. We arrived on Sunday, so no staff (they don't work wk ends and go home at 5 or before week days), we only saw reception staff twice, they never looked up when we passed. Although the domestic staff we're friendly. You need a code to get in, then a code to get your key, we saw a few people on phones trying to get the code, luckily I emailed them before hand. Okay, now the positives, very comfy bed. Room was fine although a little tired looking. Not a bad location. I wouldn't stay here again mainly because reception are ignorant and the hotel itself feels more like a residential block (maybe it is?) than a hotel.

Günstiges Hotel für Annecy. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Bekamen ungefragt ein Upgrade. Sehr freundliches Personal

Des communs et des chambres dégueulasses. Une chaleur horrible dans la chambre , même avec le ventilateur. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était vide, j’ai dû aller me servir dans le frigo de la cuisine pour pouvoir manger. Pas de personnel dans la salle de petit-déjeuner, qui servait également d’entrepôt pour des divants clic clac. Le pire hôtel en 35 ans de voyage.
