The location is lovely however disappointed with extra costs for firewood, only provide enough for 1 night. The rooms could be cleaner and updated The service at cuisine was great. A lot of miss communication around breakfast being included than not included than included again and restaurant closure or not!

Excellent location, friendly staff, great facilities, modern comfortable rooms. Stayed there with my son for a ski trip and will definitely return next year

Excellent place stayed in beautiful place a chalet. Great heating , plenty of stuff supplied. Plenty things to do even a cold windy did games inside. The thing I missed breakfast on the lake especially with a large family. Thanks very much 👍 😀

Stayed 5 nights in a private rental house on Ramshead trail. Teenage sons found enough activities in resort to get off their iPad ! Archery, kayaking, trampoline, b-grade (good enough) golf course & native animals. Beautiful valley location with summer light hours passing wonderfully. Pleasant little general store and delicious Italian restaurant onsite. Made a full day up at Thredbo for mountain biking using chairlift.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic stay complete with wildlife, good weather and spectacular sunsets. Room very comfortable. Only dissapointment was that the restaurant was closed in the evenings (food in the bistro was very good, but more limited menu and not the same ambiance as lakeside restaurant)

Overall, very good and we’ll probably book again next year. Comfortable accommodation (a 3 bedroom lake view), if a little tired. Some hanging hooks for ski jackets would have been welcome. A very convenient shuttle bus arrangement to and from the skitube. An excellent Italian restaurant on site. Plenty of non skiing activities, particularly for children - pool, archery and trampolines - with a small golf course as well. Mountain bikes too. Excellent walks. It’d be good for a non-skiing holiday I believe. Having not skied at Perisher for many years, we’ve come away as real fans. Much better than Thredbo in many respects, particularly for young children

Been coming 7yrs straight - What once was complimentary is now gone. -Wood for fireplace no longer supplied - BYO or $$$, -only 1 Accor restaurant on site offered SOME nights -Breakfast food previously offered now removed from buffet, only 5 hot dishes plus fruit, yoghurt and cereal. More like a 3 star for breakfast. Very poor … -Nothing in room to tidy up with eg dustpan -$50 for one extra sheet set per bed! Previous years complimentary.. Can definitely tell management has charged - Not the same at all much better experience under previous management. Evident It’s all about cost cutting not putting customers first….
