El personal es increíble, súper atentos desde que reservé y estuvieron al pendiente a mi llegada, la habitación es hermosa y tiene una vista envidiable. My 16-year-old son and I stayed in March while on a scuba diving trip. The front desk staff were terrific. The room was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The rooftop restaurant was very convenient. We loved the convenience store downstairs, too. Very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean rooms with beautiful ocean views. Staff has been super helpful too when helping us dealing with a rental company issue. Hotel breakfast is super great!

Our second stay in & months. Much quieter season and staff as always accommodating. Aaron and Geraldo at front desk are the best! They are looking forward to many friends and relatives of ours staying there in the future when we move n nest door at Maria and don't have room for everyone. Breakfast on the roof at Sereno is great and great staff. Housekeeping will go any way you want with spoil you daily to let us know what you need. Hot water pressure is not high on the third floor but all you need is a little warmth in a shower. There is a direct water heater under sink and if your water is cold check to be surest is on. they are very eco friendly and don' wast energy heating water in an empty room. The third floor is right under the restaurant so if intermittent overhead floor noise bothers you ask for 2nd floor. I did not bother me. The bar and restaurant upstairs are great!! Pool is nice private and good with kids we saw. Nice walking distance to city center if you are a walker 8-9 dollar cab ride. Easy walk to the cruise ship shopping center and access to scuba pick up across the street.
