I booked a reservation at Coral Princess in June 2024 for a stay in January 2025, but had to cancel in November. I had chosen the Free Cancellation Rate, so I anticipated receiving a refund in a few weeks. But as of July 2025, I still have not been refunded $700 for my cancelled stay. I provided all the requested bank information necessary for the refund to be processed, and I've contacted the hotel 6 times. They respond each time, saying they're sorry it's taking so long, but provide no other information. I'm going to get my attorney involved soon and might even report it as theft.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Resort was beautiful and they have a dive shop on the grounds so I didn’t have to drag all my gear miles away.

Hôtel de taille moyenne, très agréable, chambres confortables avec une vue époustouflante. Plage artificielle donnant sur une mer turquoise et transparente où il fait bon se baigner et observer les poissons. Restaurant petit déjeuner et déjeuner Snack. Personnel à l’écoute et prévenant. Excellent dive team - Dennis Ascencio, Miguel, Joel, and the boat captains are top notch. They plan dives that are safe and fun too! I’ve been diving for over 25 years, so I know a good team when I meet them! I will dive with them again for sure! #IslandDivers

I found my room to be without a small frig but I was provided one once requested.

Staff bent over backwards to deal with about 100 people being dropped on them due to flight cancellations. Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable and ac worked well. Chairs looked out on crystal clear water and a stunning view of the cruise ships docks. Air Canada and Hotel staff did an amazing job to all that were stranded for the extra days .
