Clean, nice rooms, lovely pool, perfect location. Only point for improvement is the breakfast which is really minimal and not high quality

The pool is great, room is old but clean, location is good not too far to the cruise station, breakfast is lack of varieties but okay to fill your stomach, the fitness room is quite shabby. all in all 4 of 5, given that the price you paid.

Wound up here for a night when American Airlines canceled our flight and rescheduled us to leave a day later. The beds were very uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely worked, and the mini fridge was off, so we didn't have any cold water to drink until about halfway through the night. It was one of the worst nights I've ever had in a hotel. The only bright side was that the staff was great.

We stayed 9 days with our two kids, ages 5 and 8. We chose this hotel to be closer to town and snorkeling right from the hotel. This did not disappoint! Our kids (and us adults) enjoyed the huge pool and the smaller lagoon that you could step into to see fish. Once outside of the sheltered lagoon there was nice snorkeling with plenty of fun fish to see. The entertainment team was great with the kids and we enjoyed the nightly shows. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We felt very safe here with the kids and plan on coming back! The rooms are a little dated but for the price they were fine!

Excelente lugar, todo el staff nos atendió sirviendo bien y de buenas, con mucha disposición y atención. El club de playa muy lindo y cómodo. La comida es bastante buena!!! La habitación muy cómoda, súper limpia y amplia. Seguro que volveremos!!!

We first visited in March and didn’t realize all the activities and now came back for whale sharks, making it a point to participate in the resort activities. The staff is super happy and fun always. The resort staff is constant cleaning, overall everyone is friendly.

This was our second time at hotel Cozumel. The staff is amazing, so friendly and the entertainment staff is so much fun. There are activities everyday around the pool that are so much fun and the food has been great everyday. We will def come back again and bring some friends.

The people at the hotel were amazing. Especially Yesi Edgar and Juanita. Rosa’s wall for scuba and paloncar were incredible.
