Excelente Hotel. Buenas Instalaciones y diversas, en piscinas, gimnasio, bar de café y sobre todo la playa muy buena y un super lugar para esnorkelear, con playas y aguas limpias.

Buenas instalaciones y acceso a la playa. Pero tuvimos una experiencia desagradable de acoso y hostigamiento por parte del personal que promociona las membresías y tiempos compartidos en los que no nos permitían retirarnos a mi esposa y a mí a pesar de que se encontraba mal de salud nos cuestionaron constantemente sobre qué enfermedad tenía, no permitiendo retirarnos a pesar después de 3 hrs de pláticas informativas y pidiendo que mi esposa se quedara escuchando los costos de membresías mientras yo iba por el medicamento. No entregan lo que se promete y mal gastan el tiempo de tus vacaciones.

This is an older resort which was just taken over by Hyatt so unlike other Secrets resorts this one is not as nice. I understand they have plans to renovate once the Dreams resort next door is finished. The room was your typical room, nothing special. I read reviews that said the AC didn’t work but ours worked just fine. The beach is rocky which made getting in the water a challenge. The food was ADEQUATE at best so that’s what made the review a 3. One final word, don’t waste your money on a Preferred Club upgrade, not worth it. Nothing special about the club and everyone can access the preferred club beach. Given the food quality, rocky beach, and age of the resort we probably won’t be back.

I was in room 111. The preferred beach room was absolutely amazing. I didn't want to leave my room it was so lovely. I felt like a VIP the whole time I was on the property and enjoyed the snacks in the preferred reception area too. Walking right out of the room and straight to the ocean was a real bonus. Next time I need to take in the spa!

when we arrived in our room at 10;45pm we decided to order room service, after several attends and calling front desk twice for extra support, finally they answered the phone at 11;32pm, right after the menu has changed. In the arrival night we realize that the sink was clogged and hair dryer was not working. My wife called for a replacement of the hair dryer since we washed our hair, but no hair dryer available until next day according to front desk. In the morning called again for the hair dryer and to come unclogged the sink, they came to unclogged the sink but hair dryer until the afternoon. Our dirty dishes stayed outside our door for 2 days accumulating flyes and other insects, finally they removed dirty dishes after a request again. Please do not leave any money or jewelry out, cleaning crew stole cash from my wife purse, did not realized until the moment to pay something at the airport. We cant trust this place!

We had great time all 7 days. Snorkeling at 10am every day, followed by beach volleyball was amazing. Thanks to Aaron and his team. (Paola, Williams, teme). We had great time in pool activities as well. Scuba diving is must which is right next to resorts.
