InterContinental Hotels Presidente Cozumel Resort Spa

We’ve been staying at the Presidente InterContinental Cozumel for several years now, and every visit feels like coming home to paradise. This hotel truly has it all: comfort, beauty, and world-class service. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way). Waking up to the sound of the ocean just steps away is pure bliss. We always book the oceanfront room with the outdoor shower, AAAMAZING! One of the biggest highlights of our stays is the spectacular service, especially at El Caribeno restaurant. We can’t say enough good things about Eduardo and Yoselin. They’ve been there for several years and are a huge part of what makes this place so special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism elevate every meal and every moment. Seeing their familiar faces when we arrive, always welcoming us with open arms, is something we always look forward to. The property itself is stunning, nestled on a beautiful stretch of land with crystal-clear private beach access and a relaxing infinity pool that feels like something out of a dream. The spa is immaculate, and the gym is top-notch. You honestly won’t want to leave the property. We go at least twice a year, often to dive and sometimes to celebrate special occasions. The service all around is five stars, and the entire experience is consistently outstanding. Highly recommended. Whether you’re going for a romantic getaway, a dive trip, or just to unwind, you’ll feel like royalty in this little piece of paradise. We always have a hard time leaving!

Arrived at the cruise terminal and a quick ride to the hotel for a day pass and a cabana. To our surprise the day rooms were amazing, late and well appointed with incredible views. The cabana was over the water right next to the beach. And one of 2 pools. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wanted to do a 1 tank dive and they helped us with getting to the marine park. Could not have asked for a better day!
