Attentive service and always willing to help, call a taxi, take the bags .. Big room and bathroom, good shower with good water temperature .. also good bed but in the room we chose it was a double (it could be a queen at least).. They provide towels for the hotel's pool and beach, and you can also take them on walks, just register at reception. The beach at the hotel is beautiful, nice for snorkeling in the crystal clear water, lots of fish.. bar near the pool makes hamburgers, tacos and other things if you feel hungry in the afternoon.. sunset from the pool and beach is beautiful!! You don't need to make a reservation at the restaurants, but they do have a waiting list on the day. Seafood Restaurant was open for lunch only. The food in the restaurants was ok.. they don't provide transfer to the ferry.. taxi from the ferry costs about 100 pesos in 2022.

Los servicios en el hotel en general son buenos, pero las amenidades casi no tienen asientos para los huéspedes, y no son como en otros hoteles de la misma cadena que la gente te invita a realizar las actividades y en este hotel no, así como en el caso de tener membresía te presionan para adquirir una más alta y si les dices que no se molestan y la cortesía que al principio te dan se vuelve en no voltear ni a verte
