Brand New Build - Location, Location, Pool Roof Top.

Perfect location .! Main room was Large, second bedroom was a little small for 2 adults..But roof top was amazing, and can enjoy your time up there ..GREAT hosts and staff!!

Great Location & Beautiful Property Modern building with nice touches. Access to both tourist spots as well as easy walking or driving travel to hidden gems such as live music & local non-touristy wonderful cuisine.

Newer Condo My family loved our week long stay at John and Valerie's. The hosts are quick to respond and the location is perfect. We were a few blocks from downtown and just a few steps from many delicious restaurants. The building is newer and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It does get a little loud at night in the master bedroom from the street noise, so bring some ear plugs. The rooftop pool was very nice, but the hot tub doesn't get hot. This was one of our favorite family vacations and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

Great unit and location This unit is new, very clean and well appointed. It is super close to anything you need in Cozumel. We walked everywhere! The owners and host all communicate often. The beds are comfy memory foam. Loved the view from the rooftop. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could watch Netflix in English in the unit. AC works well. You should definitely stay!

Amazing I travel a lot and stay in vrbos all over the world and i can say without hesitation that this is an excellent choice. The property itself is fantastic, location, amenities, apartment, pool, building all great. I would rate this higher if i could. Renee was excellent to communicate with, instant responses and very helpful above and beyond the scope of the rental. I usually stay a month in cozumel at a time, and usually at el cantil. This i feel is a much better option. Had one small issue while i was there and Beto the building manager was so helpful and nice. All around my wife and I really enjoyed this perfect apartment and not only recommend it, but are looking forward to our next visit.

Central location and very clean property Apartment is very close to center and is easy walking distance to the good restaurants. We survived Hurricane Beryl there so its definitely safe as well.
