The hotel is very old, and you can smell the old and damp smell when you open the door. It was 550 yuan per night when you booked it, which is really expensive. The hotel is a bit dark, and I don't recommend staying here.

Buenas tardes!! Quisiera reportar mi inconformidad con el servicio del personal de este hotel. Lamentablemente tuve una muy mala experiencia con la señorita que trabaja en la recepción fue muy grosera y cero empática, no tiene ni la menor idea de lo que es el trato al cliente y me apena mucho que todavía me hiciera mi check-in muy tardado ya que yo conozco el área porque también trabajo en Hotelería y a mi punto de vista fue de muy mal gusto tener que soportar el trato sin cordialidad de la señorita. Agrego que no tiene ni la noción de la palabra "amabilidad" ni la capacitación adecuada para solucionar un problema. De lo demás, estoy conforme con lo que pague por mis habitaciones.
