Me imaginé estar en una mansión embrujada, nos recibió bien el dueño sin embargo una chica supongo su hija, con cara de pocos amigos, como si nos estuviera haciendo el favor, nos hizo sentir incómodos como si estuviéramos importunando , el desayuno horrible, limitado, no había azúcar regular para el café, pan blanco tampoco, la lámpara de luz indirecta de la habitación no servia, amenities de limpieza están de rosa, en una palabra la verdad jamás volveré, ni lo recomendaría, además que la pobre gatita Nisha la tienen muerta de hambre y enferma y eso habla de la calidad de la gente, los muebles antiguos lindos pero sucios, con lo qué pague puede haber encontrado un hotel y no una casa, fuimos a festejar el cumple de mi esposo y el pobre queriéndome animar me decía pudo estar peor.

somos viajeros frecuentes, y estamos acostumbrados a experimentar multiples propiedades en todo el mundo, este lugar, tiene encanto propio, y eso tiene que ver con ser un hotel de epoca, con el esfuerzo contante de los duenos de tener todo perfecto, pero sobre todo por la calidez en el servicio y atencion de su gente, SABEN MUY BIEN LO QUE ES CREAR EXPERIENCIAS MEMORABLES, altamente RECOMENDADO, SE LLEVARON UN 10 EN TODO, instalaciones, seguridad, calidad AyB, ubicacion, servicio y atencion al cliente. This is a lovely quiet place to stay. The Mansion has very spacious and nicely equipped rooms and sits in the middle of a large garden with many trees and plants and active fountains. There are a couple of peacocks ranging about, as well as a very large tortoise. The staff is very friendly and helpful and speaks excellent English. When I return to CDMX with my wife, I will surely stay there again

Alonzo, Enrique, and Valeria at the reception were amazing! They checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed; I was working on a project with a deadline and they went out of their way to support me. They even brought me a glass of wine when they saw I was stressed.

Loved it
The hotel is so beautiful and we loved all the animals! In addition to peacocks, they also have a giant tortoise and a cat. The staff was all very friendly and so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
