Environment is good in general, but there is no AC in the room. It’s slightly cold in winter. It’s better to ask to have an extra quilt if it’s in winter to live here

Second, arriving at 3:15, the cleaning lady and a male employee called to find someone and said we could not check-in early, to 4:00! When we left, a man came out to let us check-in, no counter, standing towards the back garden of his place, felt not very good, let me roll the card, but can not see the amount, I asked for a receipt, he said email. Didn't you explain it to me at the time? ! Feeling scam money! Very dissatisfied! unreasonable explanation...
Third, going up and down stairs, moving luggage, bother.
Fourth, although the room has the feeling of home, it has no window, the door is the window! It’s very cold and the water is weak!

やっぱり個室は快適ですね！
オーナー？のお母様がとても優しくて、不安なことは聞けば全部解消してくれました。
写真は部屋からの眺めです。
英語を話してくださるスタッフがいて安心しました。
設備に関しては、部屋の鍵を閉めるのにコツがいること、洗濯機などの場所が分かりませんでしたが、水とお湯をいつでも補充できること、電子レンジと冷蔵庫が共用スペースにあって良かったです。
コヨアカンは治安が良くてとても良いところでした。歩いて20分ですごく大きな森みたいな公園や、たくさんのお店が迷路のようになってあるコヨアカン市場、カフェや屋台、子どもたち、歌が集まるイダルゴ庭園に行けてとても心地よかったです。

El lugar está muy bonito, con tremendo potencial, un balcón increíble, decoración , árboles y en una de las mejores zonas de cdmx, pero la verdad es que tuve dudas de que estuvieran limpias las sábanas. No olían a limpio, especialmente las almohadas (ok, no espero que huelan a suavitel o super frescas, pero definitivamente las sábanas, fundas y sobrecamas limpias o recién lavadas siempre huelen a algo) además estaban muy arrugadas, aclaro que respetuosamente no estoy de especial o delicada, pero es muy diferente cuando uno usa a diario las sábanas de su propia cama,ya identificas como lucen unas sábanas arrugadas y marcadas por uso , a unas sábanas arrugadas por estar recién lavadas sin usar, de igual forma tenían cabellos. Por otro lado en la regadera al estarme duchando me percate que había algunos cabellos largor de mujer pegados en el azulejo, como el baño es muy oscuro, evidentemente alguien antes de nosotros la había usado y al hacer limpieza no se percataron de ello. También la coladera estaba tapada y se acumuló el agua en la misma.

Terrible
Usé la habitación 1, es paso de ingreso y salida de los huéspedes, por lo que todo se escucha. No hubo un momento de tranquilidad, mucho ruido de día y de noche.
Para colmo la propiedad está en remodelación y había terrible ruido hecho por los trabajadores, para colmo el colchón y las almohadas son super incomodas. Deberían invertir en mejores almohadas y colchón y en brindar una solución para que la luz exterior no ingrese por las ventanillas de la habitación.

La casa es tranquila y bonita, se siente uno muy seguro. Me tocó una habitación pequeñita pero fue suficiente para pasar la noche. La cama es muy cómoda, la televisión y la regadera funcionaron bien.
