The customer service we received was outstanding 5 star Rating. Very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet ,great choices on offer. Outstanding service House keeping team Mr Nahid Mr Sahab uddin and Mr Rabbi Shiki were outstanding in the morning very helpful ,kept my room clean and tidy in high standards at all times . No complaints at all,high quality hotel to stay in Cox bazar.

The experience was really really good,the service was excellent but I think the glass in the room’s can be more clean and the pool didn’t have tubes , if the cleanliness was good and the pool had tubes , it would be the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

I and my wife stayed in this hotel for the first times.i was booked a king delux room.There room is decorated but congested . Lack of breathing space. No varanda. And a bad smell on there room. Not enough space for drying cloth after bath. Lift also slow and maximum time i not get proper service. Swimming pool is awesome.Maximum staff are not friendly. No welcome drinks provide when i check in this hotel. Very bad experience. And beach is also long distance. I recommend everyone to avoid to visit this hotel.I and my wife will never come this hotel again and told my FNF for avoid this hotel.

It was family holiday we r travelling 8 adults with 4 kids, I was booked one of the great hotel in cox’s bazaar. However, due to some lack of communication my booking was not there. Last minute I have to find hotel. got recommended one of my friend who was working over there. He was recommended Windy trace Hotel. And provide one of their front desk staff number Name is Forkan Ali, who was really helpful to make a booking and do the needful. It was good hotel with lot of positive vibes, there room is good with nice amenities and well mentioned clean. however, there is no view from the room which one sad part of the hotel. As I’m hotelier I have lot of expectations to the hotel. We appreciate their kindness as we arrived there early morning they allowed us to use their lobby until our room got ready. They have nice rooftop swimming pool, which one they allowed in house guest to use 1 hour per day, but I feel that pool was not cleaned properly there is very strong smell. You can feel that chemical smell. It should not be used much chemical for health purposes. Our breakfast was included our room. When we went breakfast I was amazed to see it was very well decorated restaurant. However, their buffet food need to be more informed with lot of verities, I was shocked to see there is no fresh fruit on the menu. When I asked one of their female employees about fresh fruit her response was very unprofessional way that fruit is finish, there buffet was open morning 6:00AM to Until 10:00am when I ask about fruit it was 9:20am. How could you not refill the fruit and respond the guest that fruit is finish. In July normally fruit season in Bangladesh you can find easily Mango, banana, guava, jak fruit, with very cheap price. Management should looking on this. Hope they will looking in to the details to make their guest satisfactions. I have observe this their staff need lot of training to do their best for the guest.
