It was closed for renovation.
It was an unprecedented situation and all I could do was laugh.
Trip.com provided me with coins as inconvenience fee and arranged for me to stay at an alternative hotel, but they have not given me any answer as to the cause of the trouble.
The only saving grace is that the hotel manager was sincere in trying to resolve the issue.

Hotel is good but a bit far from beach. Breakfast is good and tasty. The room is large and comfortable. Stuff is helpful and easy communicated.

Best place to stay with your partner. everything was perfect. Service stuff was polite. 2 minutes walking distance from beach. The best part was the arrangement of candle light dinner. May be the next time it will be even enjoyable.

The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!
