🙂 The hotel has an excellent geographical location, very close to the pier. There are supermarkets, bus stations, restaurants, etc. nearby. There is a seaside promenade at the back door of the hotel where you can take a walk and the sunset is beautiful.
The room is quite spacious
😮💨The hotel wifi is very weak and often disconnected
😔There is a bar downstairs in the hotel which is very noisy every night
Breakfast is not worth mentioning, the bread provided is not fresh

The food was average ie: The pork belly skin was not crisp, the mash was dry and and lumpy and the accompanying vegetables were not pleasant. The service was mediocre at best. This establishment refuses to accept cash payment, we will definitely not be returning! There are better eateries/ bars which are far more welcoming within a stones throw.

Awful room smelt very old and so noisy down stairs was like the pub was in the room would never stay here again poor service when we arrived don’t bother wasting your money on this dive honestly worst place we have stayed won’t be staying g again

Really disappointing will not go back. Had to wait over 5 mins for service at the bar,for which they apologised,far enough.Ordered 2 pints of London Pride,then a Gunness zero,on ordering the latter,we were treated with,"There's always one". I'm sorry you really need to think before you use throw away comments like that. The person in our party that was on the low alcohol has been seriously ill. It was their 1st trip out since their illness & was treated with that comment. Everywhere else we went to in Cowes we were greated and treated well. This was always one of our stops,not anymore,very disappointed.

The room was clean and cosy, the pub was lovely, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The shower was really fabulous too! Thank you so much! the break

Room was great, very quaint and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Pub downstairs had hreat service and good food.
