New owners Umair and Sam were welcoming, helpful about local resources-restaurants, car wash, visitor attractions. Always available to assist. Hotel-clean, quiet, convenient location. We recommend and we plan to return on our next visit to Bath county Virginia.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Has a microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast offerings were minimal, but it was adequate. Looked to me like there were people on the ground floor actually living in this motel. Good place to stay for the price.

Rooms were clean & comfortable and in good condition. Staff was very friendly & attentive. Good hot breakfast each morning. All around nice hotel, & good value!! 9thWould definitely stay here again when in the area.

Excellent customer service, clean room great price, excellent breakfast and excellent location with great sightseeing, would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting or passing through the area. Great restaurants within walking distance

The manager was very accommodating. He went out of his way to please. Room was as shown on photos on site. We were very comfortable there. Breakfast was good. To ask for a review to a minimum of 200 characters, I disagree with.

I get the room through a discount site on line and wasn't disappointed at all. I asked if I could gt a first floor room and I did. The room was a little dated, but comfortable. There was coffee available in the room along with an ironing board and the WiFi and cable worked well, although I had to go up one channel at a time to find what I wanted.....no problem. There was no hair drier in the room. They had breakfast with eggs, sausage, juice and waffles along with other stuff. It was a good stay.

Great place for solo motorcyclist to stay. It may only be rated 2-star but it has LF a 5-star bed! I was able to park adjacent to my room which made loading/unloading easy and helped me feel secure. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Very nice staff, comfortable and clean room. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Was able to get a ground floor room. Check in was a breeze. Sheets were soft and comfortable. Just an all around great stay

I would describe the place as a festering pustule. There are people living downstairs hanging out looking kind of sketch. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk. The room was horrid. Poop on the wall in the bathroom. The lock on the door was broken. There were dirty stains on the comforter. If I wasn’t on a jam and it was 9:30pm I would have bailed. I slept in the bed with it pushed against the door because I was so nervous. Definitely not “quality” inn.
