Paid almost $200 only for our TV not to work. They couldn’t fix it. The hallway smelled like raw sewage in the AM. There was a very faint smell of smithing off that night but it was on full blast that AM. It’s smells awful. The elevators are dirty with dirt all around the outside of the elevator walls. The bathroom doors are hard to close so it’s loud when you finally do get it closed. The staff was nice but the owner doesn’t care about customer service or the fact that the hotel isn’t providing the amenities that it said it would. For $60 a night, this would have been decent. But for almost $200, not worth it. Keep driving and find something better as this place isn’t worth what they are charging.

I recently stayed 3 nights while visiting local family. The hot water in my room was tepid at best for 2 nights and this morning it was so cold I couldn’t take a shower or wash my hair and shave. I reported this to the front desk. When checking out, the employee attempted to charge me a full nightly rate, at said he couldn’t change the nightly rate and his manager/owner was not on site and couldn’t be reached by phone. I asked for the owner to phone me and NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD until we discussed an appropriate discount. While waiting at an airport this evening that the owner processed my credit card anyway and without my permission and arrived at a $40 discount on his own and without any conversation with me as I requested.He doesn’t do customer service? I wasn’t going to say anything, but now, I will: I was given a 2nd floor room whose only window faced a parking lot light that was shorted. At night, my room flashed like a cheap room next to outside commercial lights. The breakfast had rubber eggs and bacon that tasted rancid. Disgusting. Lastly, the morning person that checked me out looked terrible! Long, dirty hair in his unshaven face. He was obese and had a stain covered shirt. He should not have met the public. What’s going on here? An over-priced dive.

Perfect little place to stay on your way along I-64. Distinctively decorated with a colorful modern flair. Staff were helpful. The laundry room was clean and bright. Breakfast delicious. Excellent shower and temperature control in the room.

Covington and Chump doesn’t support local business
Chump I mean Champ Patel the owner is discriminatory in addition his staff is unprofessional, uneducated and does not follow there own policy, I made this reservation MONTHS in advance called spoke to an employee the week before addressing my needs and concerns was assured everything was accommodating. Checked in after a long day at 8pm. Went to the room, then was in the pool area within 15 mins. Mind you the hotel was about 1/4 capacity and no one in the pool area. Within 20 mins front desk came down and instructed us the pool closed by 10-10:30 no issues. By 9:15 she came back down and said the owner would like us to leave. Confused I asked for the owner to come speak to me and she refused stating she would have to call the police. Citing others in my party did not have appropriate attire on. Boys/Men in shorts swimming. 2ndly she stated people had drinks in the pool. The pool was empty. There is a patio area outside where there was waters and gatorades none in the pool.

Enjoyed our stay
Stayed one night. Excellent customer service at the front desk during check in. Very clean facility. Breakfast was typical continental style, employees we on top of replenishing items. Would definitely recommend!
