This is the second time we’ve stayed here and the service has always been excellent. The rooms are very clean and the sheets are always crisp and fresh.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Covington has a nice historic downtown. Highly recommend visiting it if you have time.

The environment is OK, free parking, Walmart, t_mobile, AT&T, are nearby. The waiters are warm and polite. Stayed for two days, and if I didn't notify them to clean, they wouldn't clean. The downside is that, like other American hotels, there are no slippers and toiletries.
