Uma agradável surpresa à entrada para a Serra da Estrela pelo Tortosendo/Covilhã. Um atendimento simpático e atencioso, quartos e wc espaçosos e bem decorados, bom pequeno almoço e bom restaurante que, aliás, eu já conhecia de outras passagens pela Covilhã. A limpeza e higiene impecáveis são um pormenor a realçar, e não ficam nada a dever a muitos hotéis classificados de 4 ou 5 estrelas. Parabéns ao casal Isabel e Paulo que gerem competentemente o hotel

Hotel gerenciado pelos proprietários Isabel e Paulo, pessoas muito atenciosas. A fachada não revela a beleza interior desta acomodação. Limpeza nota dez com louvor! Quarto espaçoso com cama grande e boa , banheiro ótimo, decoração clean, café da manhã com o necessário. Restaurante muito bem apresentado, bonito com boas opções no cardápio. Comida boa. Fora da área central de Covilhã cerca de 5 km, mas com bom acesso. Foi uma agradável surpresa, pois quando chegamos à cidade, por ser feriado prolongado, não haviam acomodações disponíveis .
