That was a good experience i would suggest my friends to have a stay. The receptionists are so polite and friendly. Got a good view through the window. So privacy. Bathroom was so clean and higiene. Everything made me feel relaxing

Rooms and bedding are good in the deluxe category. But some essentials are missing in toiletries like shower cap, dental kit, shaving kit, bucket & mug. Complimentary breakfast is not worth the cost included in the tariff. A-la-carte breakfast would cost less than that. For the room tariff what we pay, definitely management could improve the comfort levels those are needed for the guests.

Really one of the best hotel that i ever stayed in, and i enjoyed every moment, this is the 6th time that i stayed in pp residency and i was very happy with the restaurant as they had really improved on the restaurant part. The breakfast contained lot of varieties which was not present earlier also the people working there were very well behaved. The hotel is very clean and maintained well the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Suggestions:
1. They need to put some boards on the main road to be easily identifiable.

Room had extra cot and reduced the free space. No head board for beds. Old furniture. No luggage rake is provided in the room

Right from the check in to check out after a six day stay, i found a homely environment. The manager and staff are very polite and charmingly behaved, as if we are meeting after a long back with all sorts of hospitality they can provide. Room service and housekeeping are excellent. Finally i continued my stay for another three days. Location wise the hotel building is open to all four sides. No houses nearby within 50 meter range.

The stay was quite comfortable. The location for my purpose was great since i came by car from bangalore. The amenities were quite good. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The services as well as restaurant were good. Positively i will prefer to stay here during my next visit.
